No half-steppin allowed. The saga continues into the dog days of August. TOC at the Turf Club, Aug 6. Special guests Niecey and Rick Bruno sitting in. The next day, Stratify rocked the Nihonmachi Festival in San Francisco. Great all-day concert with many of my musician friends. What The Funk Band got lit at The Plank in Jack London Square in Oakland, August 11 with a crowd of party people. Stratify returned to Angelica's in Redwood City on August 12. It was a great set. We were in the zone just like the Nihonmachi show. Next up, Touch of Class will pack The Smoking Pig in Fremont on August 19 and return to Hayward for the Zucchini Festival on August 20.
I also just got a call to record a gospel song next week. The work is flowing in. God is good.
